In Prizren (summer school of the Balkan society) and in Pristina at nearly the same time and in a similar way, Boris Buden speaks about monolingualism and multilungualism. He gesticulates and is really engaged in what he is saying, and his approach is very political. The idea of translation as a way to find equal words in another language (and language as primarily a way of communication) is not so old.
